Payment and Shipping

We offer FREE express freight to all areas in Australia, for purchases over $150. Purchases under $150 will attract a flat fee of $10. We use Australia Post to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. Orders within any metropolitan Australia area should be received within 24-48 hours and regional areas between 2-5 days. To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. Please note that our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit notes

 

INTERNATIONAL RATES

We deliver all international orders using Australia Post and charge a flat rate of $30. During sale and peak periods as well as orders placed on public holidays, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Please allow 10 days to receive your parcel once it has been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a courtesy email containing your tracking number, this will allow you to see how close you are to receiving your package. IMPORT TAXES

Since we offer a flat rate of $30 for shipping worldwide, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. It is the responsibility of the customer to absorb any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We are also unable to mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

Returns & Refunds

Please notify us of your intention to return any item within 24 hours of delivery via email.  We are able to offer an exchange if the item is not suitable and are happy to exchange the item for a credit voucher. The voucher (credit note) can be used online or in store and is valid for 6 months. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the australian competition and consumer act 2010. The item is then recognised as faulty and incurs a full refund.
